The Carnevore Mountain mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Carnevore Mountain ("Carnevore Mountain", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms").
We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via text message or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Consent to Receive Messages
By consenting to Carnevore Mountain's SMS/MMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS, MMS, and/or text messages from and on behalf of Carnevore Mountain through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state, provincial, or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). We may also send MMS messages containing images or multimedia content.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Carnevore Mountain. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to participate in this Service. By participating, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a participant is under 13, we will promptly remove that individual from the Service.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.

Charges and Message Frequency
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text and MMS messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/MMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

Carrier availability may change at any time without notice. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (844) 717-6214 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message containing only confirmation of your opt-out — no marketing content will be included. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.
If you have subscribed to other Carnevore Mountain mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
Canadian subscribers: In accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we will process your opt-out request within 10 business days. During that period, you may receive messages already in queue for delivery.

Support and HELP Command
For Service support or assistance, text HELP to +1 (844) 717-6214. You will receive a reply containing: the program name, support contact information, and instructions on how to opt out (STOP).
We currently operate the Service using the toll-free telephone number +1 (844) 717-6214. We may change any telephone number or messaging identifier we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes via text message prior to the change taking effect where reasonably practicable.
You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, sent to a number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made to outdated numbers.

Your Mobile Number
You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you obtain a new mobile number, you will need to re-enroll in the Service using your new number. We are not responsible for messages sent to a mobile number that has been reassigned to another person after your enrollment.

Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
For subscribers located in Canada, this Service is governed in part by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), S.C. 2010, c. 23. By enrolling in the Service, you provide your express consent to receive commercial electronic messages (CEMs) from Carnevore Mountain at the mobile number provided.
You may withdraw consent at any time by following the opt-out procedures in Section 6 above. Withdrawal of consent will be processed within 10 business days as required by CASL.
Carnevore Mountain is identified as the sender of all messages under this Service. Our mailing address and contact information are available at carnevoremountain.com.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Governing Law
These Mobile Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For subscribers located in the United States, the Service is also subject to applicable United States federal law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and applicable state laws.

Record Retention
We retain records of consent, opt-ins, and opt-outs in connection with this Service for a minimum of four (4) years, or longer where required by applicable law, including the TCPA and CASL. These records are maintained to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging laws and regulations.

We've been feeding the turkey day and duck for a while now and we're pretty excited to see them come out with duck & turkey. The mix of duck and turkey is perfect – rich, meaty, and super fresh. I love that it includes organ meats and you can actually see the veggies and blueberries...
We ran into Vivienne the owner of Carnevore Mountain at an event in Meaford last year. After spending some time talking with her about our Max’s allergies and constant ear infections, we decided to give their hypo and lamb a try. We were feeding a hydrolyzed kibble and were worried that it wasn’t the best for Max.
It’s been just over a year now and we couldn’t be happier we gave them a try. Max’s coat is shinny now, and he hasn’t had any ear infections or skin rashes since. When they reached out and told us they had a new product made with kangaroo, we weren’t too sure about it but we decided to give it a go. At first, Max wouldn’t touch it as he’s such a picky eater. So we mixed a bit of kangaroo with the hypo and get ate it all. The next day, we tried giving him just kangaroo and he licked his bowl clean.
So happy to have another protein we can give him. Thanks so much Vivienne. This is another winner for us!!!
Our dog has always had food sensitivities, and we’ve been feeding Lamb-Tastic and the Hypoallergenic Diet for a while now with great results. We were excited to try the new Kangaroo Blend, and it did not disappoint! The texture is amazing, and our pup is loving it. It’s easy to digest, and we love that it’s a novel protein—perfect for pup with allergies. Definitely a new favourite in our household!
